I am assuming it is, but I haven't read anything in the owner's manual to this effect. I am not going to take the grips off and try it for myself until I received some advice or called CZ. I shoot left handed so that's the reason for the inquiry. Also, I haven't fiddled with my 75B either, but could consider if my suspicions are confirmed.
