CZ P01 now NIJ approved

Found this list of tested and approved sidearms today.

The CZ P01 is now on the NIJ approved list, so some LEO's, department permiting, may now use it's acceptance as a basis for choice of duty sidearm.

P01 Holster

Where can I get a belt holster for my CZ P01? Blackhawks don't fit, Fobus don't fit. What can I get that Will fit for pistol competitions?

Some People say that anything that will fit a Glock 21 will fit the P01... But that's not quite true.... I tried today >.<

Is this do-able? Can i put a suppressor on the P01? Do I need to buy a new barrel? If so, what type and from where?

Got a P-01 today

Saw an ad in the local paper for a P-01, and it was brand new, so of course I had to buy it. It's the OD green model, but it actually looks pretty good.

Hopefully I can get out to the range with it tomorrow and put it through it's paces.

These CZ's definitely multiply. In about 1.5 months, I now have a P-01, nickel finish compact, gloss blue compact, and a BD Police.

There's no doubt about it, I shoot CZ's better than any other gun I have ever...

I'm faced with a minor conundrum, and it's not a very technical question, I'm afraid. I would like to try out a CZ P-01, being a fan of the original 75 and my little 82 (even if it bit me), but I don't know many folks around the range I go to and can't find one for rent (CZ doesn't seem to have a rental option for gun shops?)

How would you all suggest I try one out? I was tempted to post on calguns.net and ask "Hey, anyone wanna drop by a range and lemme...

If this has been asked already, I apologise. I'm interested in a set of aluminium grips but I'm having a hard time "pulling the trigger on them" (pun intended). I'm afraid I'll ruin the perfect-for-me ergonomics of the grips I've already got (a set of Angus's wood ones). Do the Aluminium grips have palm swells? I got my P-O1 today took her on home did a simple field strip (pool of oil) a drop or two of CLP then out to the range. Man, 150 rounds and 100% I don't think that has ever happened. I was having (almost) second thoughts on giving up my 40-P but good-bye and good luck. I didn't even do that 100 dry fire (snap-cap) drill so the double action kind of sucked but this is a great shooter. Holster Disappointment

I have a terrific looking holster that fits my gun and I can't wear it. My parade got rained on. The holster is a Don Hume, 721 OT, 36-4. It's for a Glock 19, but it fits the P-01 great.

The problem is that it is a pancake holster and it won't fit between the belt loops of my pants. I guess I could wear it on another belt.

Well, I still have the 6 dollar Crossman, the Galco plastic and the High Noon IWB to use. I really want a good looking leather holster for...
