Rubber Base-Pads for the 75B Magazine...

Was wondering if there is source for buying the Rubber Base-Pads for the 75B magazine at a reasonable price?... Somehow, the idea of spending $9 for a rubber base-pad seems a bit-much... If anyone knows of any other sources out there, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I have a Beretta 92FS Inox (stainless) and am considering a CZ75B Stainless. I love the accuracy of my 92FS and am curious if anyone owning both pistols has made a comparison against their accuracy. Both are obviously ultimately reliable, but how do they match up at the range?

CZ 75B Stainless Serial #

I purchased my first CZ which was a 75B Stainless 9mm about 57 hours ago and I will be picking up later today after I reach the 72 hour waiting period. I am curious as to find out if the serial # can be deciphered and if so what will it tell you. If that doesn't work out, Is there any way of finding out the day of manufacture. Thank you.

Competition Sights

Will the combination of the competition rear and front sights fit the 75B stainless without modification? I've read so much about the need to mill down the area behind the rear sight for the installation of adjustables that I'm uncertain about this.

Does any one make an extended ported barrel for a CZ75 stainless?

Took it to the range today and shot 100 rounds of WWB and 150 rounds of Blazer brass thru it with zero malfuntcion. I had my Sig 226 Elite and HK USPc 9mm for comaprison. Among the three, the CZ feels the most comfortable, with the HK the most uncomfortable.

Polishing a SS 75

Howdy! All of the stainless 75's I've seen have a matte finish. Can the pistol be polished to a high shine? If the matte finish was left alone, could it be engraved and the engraving show bright?

I like my ss Ruger Vaqueros and would like a ss CZ to be just as polished...can it be done without losing the CZ markings?

rubber or plastic grips

I have a new 75 B stainless that is waiting for me at my FFL. I've seen it iin person when I did my paperworks but I did not realize that the grips come in rubber and/or plastic finish. As such, I didn't notice if mine is rubber or plastic. So, the question is, are the grips made of rubber or plastic?

New Stainless 75B Failure to Eject

Hi All

I have 400 rounds of 9mm down the pipe and in the last 200 rounds, two range sessions I have had 4 failure to ejects. This has occurred with both WWB and Blazer AL. After the first time that it happened I made sure to be extra careful about cleaning around the extractor and lubricating it. Then of course it happened again today.

The FTEs were in all cases stovepipes. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Just put the first 248 rounds though my new boomstick and, besides the unsurprising fact that it had no hiccoughs and was scary accurate; I got a couple of nice surprises with the pistol.

For one, the stainless comes with the extended mag release similar to an SP-01! I'm very happy about that as I was considering installing the extended release as mag changes were much easier in my SP-01 than my 85 Combat.

Cocobolo grip package?

Does anyone know anything about a factory package that comes with both plastic and cocobolo grips? Sportingarms.com has them and my dealer just ordered me one from RSR. It was actually less than the normal model with plastic grips only.

I'm wondering if they're checkered, logo'd etc.

Hi,
I plan on using my 75B for IDPA and the magazine does not fall out. I was told that there is some part, that if flattened out will allow the mag to fall free.
Can I flatten it without a gunsmith ( I have to find it first!) or should I just give it to a gunsmith...if indeed that is what it is?

Both were converted to SA only and have internal parts from Ghostholster.com: SA hammer, SA trigger, 15# mainsprings along with hard sears from Miossi Gun Works. Sights & grips are also from Ghostholster.com
